For attorneys · NJ & NY
Your client needs more than an attorney right now.
Clinical partnership for attorneys managing high-conflict cases in New Jersey and New York.

The problem you already know
The problem you already know.
High-conflict cases come with a specific invisible cost: the emotional overflow of clients who are living through something genuinely destabilizing. They call you at 11pm. They send fourteen emails in a day. They cry through consultations and bury the legally relevant information you need inside 45 minutes of flooding. They make impulsive decisions that complicate your strategy. You were not trained to manage this. You shouldn’t have to. And when you try, something gets lost.
There is a solution — and it costs your practice nothing.
